It's the Belated 60th!

 Greetings Fellow Classmates of Harding High School Class of 1960!

 The members of your reunion committee have met-again-and agreed to hold our 60^th reunion on the weekend of October 1-2, 2022.  Yes, it will be two years late, but we have all been through a very difficult time, and we decided that it was important to reconnect, reminisce, and share a few moments of grace and kindness with our classmates.  Many of our classmates turned 80 this year, so that is worth a celebration!  Please share this information with any classmates you know because we may not have a complete and accurate list at this time.

 Phil Truss has again graciously agreed to host a bar-b-que around his pool.  The festivities will begin at  5 p m.  Phil’s address is 1800 Guilford Lane in Nichols Hills.  The bar-b-que will be catered by Bedlam   Bar-B-Que and we will provide soft drinks, beer, water, and wine.  Dress is casual and the program will begin at 6 p m..  Our costs have increased by 30%-50% for food, drinks, tables, etc. so we reluctantly must raise the price for the reunion.  The cost for the reunion is now $60.00 per person.  If there are any funds remaining above the cost of the reunion, those funds will be used to cover the annual cost of the website and/or be donated to each charter school for scholarships in the name of the Class of 1960.  We have reserved a room at Johnnie’s Charcoal Broiler on Britton Rd. for 12 o’clock noon on Sunday, October 2^nd.  WE WILL FOLLOW RECOMMENDED GUIDELINES FOR SAFE GATHERINGS AT ALL REUNION ACTIVITIES.  Payments will be refunded if the reunion is canceled.  There are many new hotels around the area of North May and the Northwest Expressway, and there are many new attractions in the Oklahoma City area.  You can access tourist information at visitokc.com.
