Dec. 2, 1942 - Sept. 29, 2018 TOWSON,MD It is with great sadness that the family of Judy Carole Neas announces her passing at age 75 Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018. She died peacefully at her home in Towson, MD. She was born Dec. 2, 1942, to Ocie Mae and Meryl Fletcher. Judy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 48 years, Dixon; and their children, Holly (Ted), Heather (Kevin), Hillary (Tom), Matthew (Maria), and Daniel. Gammy (Judy) will also be fondly remembered by her seven grandchildren, Neddy, Charlotte, Dixon, Jack, Harper, Waylon, and Griffin. She married Dixon Neas May 22, 1970, in Tulsa, OK. She worked as an Officer in the Trust Department at the First National Bank and Trust Company. After marrying the love of her life, she devoted herself to raising her children. Dixon & Judy had many wonderful adventures throughout their lives together, including moving across the globe to the Philippines, where they lived for five years. There, they adopted two more children, their sons, Matthew and Daniel. After raising her children, Judy then went on to a successful second career as a leading salesperson for Bernina Sewing Machines. Judy truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with friends and family, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was an avid quilter, crafter, and an amazing southern cook. Judy was adored by all who met her. Family, friends, and others whose lives Judy touched are invited to the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home, 1050 York Rd., Towson, MD 21204, at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2018, to reminisce, grieve, support each other and celebrate Judy's life.
