I went to elementary school and then Harding high school with janelle
..when I moved back from California after being gone 2 years, she was the first person I went to see...I thought she retired and she and her husband were playing golf but I never knew what illness she had....bless you janelle. Carol whittaker

I just got online and learned of Janelle's passing. We roomed together for awhile after graduation and she became a Braniff "Stewardess" and we lost contact with each other. Last I heard she was a personal assistant to one of Lyndon Johnson's daughters in Austin. When we went on the overnight trip for our SAT's, she was so "hung over" on Saturday morning she almost couldn't complete her SAT's. But she went on to have a minor role in history.
