Carol Prosser Magness

I attended OU for 4 years, getting married half way through but continuing on to get a BA in Letters. The next years were filled with 3 little boys, PTA, cub scouts, little league, and volunteer organizations. I divorced after 14 years and returned to school to get my MBA and the prerequisites for the CPA exam. I have worked in the oil and gas industry for most of the last 31 years as an accountant and financial officer. I'm down to four days a week now and interviewing for a replacement for me.

I've always liked to travel. I now take one or two foreign trips each year, usually in the company of at least one Harding grad including classmate Jamie Lewisohn Davis. I look forward to more time to spend doing the things I love, spending time with my 7 grandchildren and their parents, reading, traveling, gardening, being with friends.

It will be great seeing everybody at the reunion but especially "my" exchange student-sister Lise Budde Lavelle from Denmark who will be staying with me that week.

Who else remembers the "powder puff" football game we played in Crown Heights Park ONE time? I was a flop - I never knew who had the football.
